Today began the long and tedious process of re-uploading and re-linking all my mood themes. If you watch cute_moodthemes then you probably read my post there, but if not, the gist of it is that my 4 year moodtheme host fileave.com got shutdown and with it went my hundreds of mood theme files.

Sometime during those 4 years my original flashdrive broke and so there were a couple of themes/theme edits that used to be on it that I lost. I thought I had backed them up to my newer flash drive because those files were on my fileave account, but that didn't turn out to be the case. I only have the entire year of 2007's theme links restored on the community so far, but if any of you happen to have the following 2007 themes I would be grateful if you could upload it to mediafire or somewhere, otherwise I consider them lost:

-Shigure's Theme (both versions)
-Ahiru's Theme (both versions)

The two below I can't find the admin console theme for, but if no one has it I can re-create it from the custom mood theme editor version:

-Squirrel (Admin console version)
-Raven (Admin console version)


Also I have many, many moodthems in WIP phase that I need to find time to work on. Like I have Sesshoumaru (demon form), Fennec Foxes, Artic Foxes, griffons, reindeer, Westly's themes, basically little snippets of things people have been requesting, but I don't have enough done to release a proper theme. I really need to learn how to manage stress and time x_x

I may have to move all the files back to Mediafire... that is going to take a while.

My closet isn't very big, I'm not even sure it qualifies as a closet in today's standards.. it's basically a 2' x 3' area to the side of my bedroom door. I think the strangest thing I have in there is a plastic sea turtle. I got it over 15 years ago from Sea Life Park and it looks quite realistic with good coloring.

Even when I gave away most of my dinosaurs I kept that plastic sea turtle. I like it too much to give to anyone :p

Due to my time zone, I was actually asleep at the time the September 11 event happened.

But I remember waking up at around 6:15am and my sister happily saying that school got cancelled for that day. My original reaction was "awesome!!! What happened?" And then we tuned in to the radio and then the awesomeness vanished. The radio host reported that the planes had crashed into the towers, the Pentagon was hit, and they also reported a fourth plane crash that landed in a field, but they said that it was minor compared to the tragedy that was unfolding and was largely ignored.

Then shortly later on the TV news the two towers fell. Slowly as the day wore on, the plot, the terrorists and all of the victims of the event were slowly drawn together on the TV.

Days later that plane in the field turned out to be the one in which the people on board fought back. I can't ever forget that.

I need to get my desktop computer fixed eventually.. it runs on a 32 bit Windows Vista while this laptop I am using runs on a 64 bit Windows 7. My 64 bit laptop is having a disagreement with several 32 bit programs I'm trying to run on it including the PaintShopPro program I always use. And I'm trying to work on a group project and my laptop is giving the developers a headache because half the stuff they send me doesn't want to work on my laptop :( If this keeps up I may have no choice other than to drop out of the main project work and stick to the art related things.

Got a forewarning from some of the mods for the games I help out with that they may be quitting soon. We are so short-staffed as it is, but on the other hand there really isn't anything for those mods to do right now other than to help watch the IRC channels, and unfortunately those mods don't like the irc.

I'm starting to get the same feedback from everyone about MRO... that they want something new in the game that would bring some new excitement. And not monsters or events, they want things like live PvP, completed clan and metallurgy areas, or some exciting new feature that can keep them busy for a few months. I'd like to see those things added as well, but unfortunately the work lies with the developers who are extremely busy with other projects and there's no way I'm going to go telling them to hurry up with anything. I know what it feels like to be busy and bugged a lot about something I don't have time for, and it's not a pleasant experience. I don't want to do it to anyone else.

And to top it off I've been served by several chunks of really bad news irl over the last couple of weeks, one in particular that has left me quite shocked and depressed as it had hit so hard and suddenly out of the blue. I'm not quite comfortable talking about it yet but I'll explain later when I am in able to talk about it calmly, and I made a promise to a special birdie that I will not disappear no matter how hard I want to do so, and I intend to keep it. All I can do for now is fake a happy face and pray that everyone's days go by better than mine. It is quite easy to pull off in the games I help with, since no one there ever asks how my day is going (I'm now kind of grateful for that actually, I can't imagine how much of a background life story I'd have to give before they could really understand what goes on ._.)

It's also been so hot and humid here. I have to keep the fan running and sometimes I worry that my laptop may get too hot. I've also been bitten by quite a bit of flying ants and mosquitoes lately.

I would want my double to be the exact opposite of me. Someone intelligent, knows how to use things on the computer, and have actual good talent in something. It would be an inspiration to me really. Also I want my double to not be such a damn introvert like I am. It would make her life so much easier to be able to communicate with friends and people effectively.

Maybe one day...

I already don't watch TV, and I hardly use a cell phone. The only of the three that I actively use is my mp3 player. So, I'd pick the TV because I don't watch it anyways hehe.

It's the computer I use the most...

I guess you can say that this year's busy activities of mine put me at a hiatus from mood theme making, perhaps until November. But I did not forget about the mood themes!
